VASCM: Source for End Post Labels and Opinions on Cane Pruning

Dear Fellow VASCM Members,
Does anyone have a good source for end post labels?
 
Also, we’ve been told that changing over from spur to cane pruning of our rather 
old Pinot Noir vines will improve our crop and help the vines resist an 
overwhelming eutypa issue among other things.  Does anyone have experience or 
some data on this?
