Happy Friday everyone,

I wanted to thank you all who have contacted me this week in regards to us closing down our Skov winery, you all had such positive things to say to us.  I was shocked at all the response I got this week especially during the first 5 minutes and as a result I've been busy showing many of you around, sending photo's, phone and e-mail conversations.  This has been an emotional week for me, but a good week none-the-less.  

Two local wineries have been asking me to reconsider closing the winery down and to see if anyone would be interested in renting out our bonded facility with their own 'AP'.  So, before any of the necessary wine producing equipment leaves the building I thought I'd ask you all if you are in need or know someone who is in need of a full production winemaking facility to rent. 

In a nutshell, here is what we have to offer:

Bonded facility for up to 10,000 cases/year
Red wine fermenting tanks, settling tank.
Naturally cool cellar for barrel and case goods storage.
Full wine bottling line (750ml's)
Crush pad and crush equipment
Pumps for all wine movement
Forklift and bin dumper
Warehouse for case storage (and where bottling line is)
Small lab with the basic necessities.
Tasting room with a very good clientele and traffic already established
We have a very nice paved parking lot that can hold about 20 cars

We have a wine club with already 100+ members and they would love to see our winery location continue.  I'll be more than happy to send photos and to show any interested people around and talk logistics.  In the meantime, I'll keep on looking for buyers for my equipment.
