VASCM: "The Grapevine"

During a break in the "Native Fermentation" seminar at UC Davis yesterday I
went over to the book store and surfed the viticulture and enology section.
I found a new book out of Australia, "The Grapevine", published last year.
It is an excellent reference with optimal balance between science and
practice for my preference.  Highly recommended:

BTW, the Native Fermentation seminar was outstanding ... one of the best
