VASCM: Anyone Know of a Good Spray Nozzle Calculator?

Hi All,
If you've ever run across a calculator that takes into account air blast 
spraying, row width, etc., would you please let me know?  I'm trying to get my 
sprayer set up to put out 50 gals/acre and the (12) nozzles it came with put out 
1.2 gal/min at 200PSI seem to be much too high a flow rate.  It would be great 
to rough in the adjustment starting with the right nozzles.
