VASCM: Looking for a "partner in wine".

Dear members,  I need someone to farm my vineyards.  I have 3+ acres
of Pinot Noir and Chard. in Corralitos at 1000' elev., southern
exposure.  Grapes from my vineyards have been artlfully crafted  into
SCM Appellation fine wines for over 25 years.  Numerous recognitions
have been received.  I have all equipment on site to include a 4WD
tractor, venturi-effect
sprayer and bird netting.  I want someone with the experience and
know-how to tend to the vines from pruning to harvest. My contact
