f> Berry Sensory Analysis seminar is back! Dr. Gianni Trioli of Vinidea
Italy will host this seminar in California, Oregon, and Washington during
the first week of September. The session will cover berry maturity and
vineyard sampling rules using methods developed by the Institut Cooperatif
du Vin (ICV). With the prediction for a "normal" harvest this year, berry
sensory analysis is particularly important in order to pick at the ideal
level of ripeness. This is a hands-on seminar with extensive tasting of

Fee for CA & OR sessions: $200 per person (50% of the seminar fee is
redeemable for Enartis Vinquiry technical services and Enartis winemaking
