VASCM: Muns Vineyard Pinot Noir Harvest

Muns Vineyard harvested its Pinot Noir on 8-10 and 12 October:

18.8 tons
1.6 tons/acre
24.0 Brix
3.46 pH
0.78 TA

The last three foliar sprays included KDL, a potassium fertilizer, which
accounts for a slightly higher harvest pH due to potassium buffering of the
acid.  Quality was excellent while yield was disappointing ... and
financially disastrous.  ;>)  and  ;>(

The Syrah is at 22.5 Brix and 3.30 pH, so we expect to harvest in a week or
so.
