LOCATELLI RANCH
Located at 16001 Empire Grade Rd., Santa Cruz Ca.

This is a great opportunity to lease 75-100 level acres in the  Bonny 
Doon area for your vineyard. Because of the different soils on the 
property as well as the temperate climate at the
1800 ft elevation, several varietals could be grown here. The first 
winery that was here dates from about 1920's started by Vincent 
Locatelli and went well into the 1950's under the Eagle Rock label.  In 
1976 this was the location chosen by the Sunrise Winery to begin their 
operation until 1983.

This is already zoned as agricultural land, although a well would have 
to be drilled to supply water for the vines.  Coastal Range Vineyards 
has extensive knowledge of this property and its suitability for grapes 
and could be contacted for further information.

With a growing demand for premium wines and a shrinking supply of 
available land, leasing this acreage would be perfect for either new or 
established vintners.
