VASCM: 2011 PINOT: Corralitos/Pleasant Valley

The former Devery Family Vineyard, now Fog's Edge Vineyard, is being rehabilitated.  We expect to produce around 20 tons of pinot in 2011: and are looking for contracts for 10 tons at $2500/ton for commitments made early.  Dijon clones 777, 114 and 115 on R110 rootstock grown at 700 feet elevation, clay soil, warm hilltop site.  In 2010 we harvested around 10 October and reached Brix 25 to 26; pH did not require correction.
