Due to increased demand, we've opened up 2 more rows of tables for Issues In
Fermentation Management:2011 on August 4.  We want this to be very
interactive, so we're trying to limit enrollment, but we decided we could
add a few more spaces and not compromise the quality you expect from a UCD
V&E program.  We'd like you to come with your questions or concerns, whether
they're about fermentation, specifically, or just production issues, and
we'll have the people there who can direct you.  This is your opportunity to
get answers, one-on-one.
