VASCM: Long term opportunity

Hi All,

I have a client in Gilroy who just purchased an 8.5 acre vineyard.  It 
is mostly Merlot and Cab Franc with a little Sangiovese.  The vines are 
perhaps 6 or 7 years old.  Everything is complete short of a crossarm 
for the bilateral t-post trellis; they will pay to put them up.  The 
drip system is in place although they will need to negotiate water 
rights from the neighbor when that parcel sells or else drill their own 
well.  The vineyard is in nice shape but needs to be pruned and 
maintained from this point forward.  They are looking for a lease, 
perhaps 5 years, with a local winery that will maintain the vineyard for 
a steady source of grapes.  Let me know if you are interested.
