VASCM: Byington vineyard available for lease

The vineyard at Byington (4 acres of Pinot) is available for lease. 
David Gates was notified about it and suggested this be shared with the

I have been approached by the Byington owners to find someone to lease 
their vineyard. I have been consulting with them for about 5 years.

It is 4 acres of Pinot Noir in good shape. They do not want to farm, and 
I believe would be open to a lease price that takes into consideration 
the current market .
