VASCM: Winery for Lease

Dear VASCM Members,
We would like to lease all or part of the former Noble Hill/Elliston Winery.  
It's 4200 square ft. with extremely high ceilings, large drive-in doors, three 
levels for gravity feed, crush pad, fermentation area with catwalk, and lower 
level with barrel storage including racks.  Included in the square footage are 
two offices, a labratory/kitchen and restroom.  Commercial utilities account and 
400 amp service.
