VASCM: SCM Vineyard for lease

Award-winning wines have been made from my Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
grapes for many years.  My vineyards have been managed by Clos
LaChance since the late 90's and grapes were sold to Peter Bargetto,
Steve Storrs, Barry Jackson at Equinox and Jeff at SCMtn. Vineyards
before that.
I have 3+ acres  of Pinot and Chard, mostly Pinot. All necessary
farming equipment is on site, all available to use for the growing
season. This includes a late-model New Holland 4WD wheel tractor, a
100 gal. Italian, venturi-effect sprayer and re-usuable bird netting
rolled upon PVC pipe lengths and labeled for each row.
A reasonably priced lease will be negotiated. Lessee provides all the
labor, pesticides etc. and keeps all the grapes at harvest. Vineyards
are very private situated at 1000-1200 ft. altitude in the middle of
150 forested acres, with Southern exposure.
