VASCM: Syrah and Merlot wine grapes for sale

I was told that this is the way that I can create a posting to the  
vascm.org buy/sell exchange page, by Mary Lindsay.  She said:

Post your notice to the list by sending it to VASCM at kkn.net. You will  
get an automated message when I add your name to the list. You will  
also receive everyone else's messages posted to the list (there are  
not a lot); and you will receive notice of our meetings.

This is also what it says on the buy/sell page.  Can you tell me how
