This is the equipment I will need to either purchase borrow or rent for the harvest season.
- Press (preferably bladder) 160 to 200L
- Crusher/destemmer
- SS Pump (15-30) preferrably w/flex impeller and 900-1000 rpm
- SS or Poly tank 500 gal. or (2) 300 gal.
