VASCM: RAVE (Recent Advances in Viticulture and Enology) Next Week, 19 March

Next Thursday, 19 March, UC Davis Extension is holding their annual RAVE
seminar.  This is a day-long program focused on "Flavor", describing the
latest research in both viticulture and enology that impacts flavor.  A
number of VASCM members have attended RAVE sessions in prior years including
Jim and Judy Shultze, Prudy Foxx, and myself.  The past programs have been
outstanding and I expect this one to be the same.  Enrollment in RAVE
includes a one-year membership in the Trellis Alliance as well.  You can
