VASCM: winemaking postion

We are looking for a vineyard/wine-making expert who likes to live  
free on our property in return for teaching us making wine and taking  
care of cats and dog when we are travelling

We live on 21891 Via Regina, off Pierce road in Saratoga and have a  
small cabernet vineyard [¾ of an acre] planted 12 years ago by Ron  
Mosely. Our goal for the last 10 years was to learn how to grow the  
grapes, mission accomplished. Now our goal for the next 10 years is to  
make good wine with about half of the total harvest (annual ~2 tons),  
and continue to sell the other half to David Estrada at Clos Tita. For  
this purpose we built a small wine-making facility and, attached to  
it, a 800 square feet apartment. The idea is that the expert lives on  
the property and is in charge for the first 2 years of making the wine  
while we watch and learn. The second job is to take care of our cats  
and dog while we are travelling (~ 4-8 weeks a year)

We think this is a great opportunity for an individual interested in  
quality mentoring and we look for candidates who like to come by, look  
at the property and discuss the setup.
