We have 32 barrels of hand-crafted, single-vineyard, 100% Cabernet
Sauvignon in oak-neutral French oak barrels that have been topped
religiously and consistently temperature-maintained.

28 barrels are 2003 wine that is approachable, yet with significant
depth. The complex aromas are well-married to the mild oak. The fruity
flavor is characterized by cherries. 14.3% alc.

4 barrels are 2004 wine that is friendly and deep with a pretty purplish
hue. The intense, jammy nose is characterized by cassis and cranberries,
with the fruity flavors of French prunes and figs. 13.6% alc.

The vineyard was planted in the late 1980's. It is located along the
delta where nighttime fog regularly penetrates to create delightful
fruit packed in the nose and on the palate.

Cost ranges from $15/gal for a single barrel, to $13/gal for 10 bbls,
and $10/gallon for the entire lot of 32 bbls. Prices are FOB San Jose,
with easy freeway access. Barrels are included.
