As many of you may know, Chris Gemignani died on April 19.  I just 
received a request from his father-in-law to let people know that his 
Villa Generosa winery and property on Summit Road are for sale. 
 Following is the For Sale listing.  We miss Chris, and our sympathies 
are with his family.
