VASCM: SC Mtn Pinot Wanted

We are looking for a source of Santa Cruz Mountain Pinot from a low- 
yielding vineyard. Will pay by the acre. Looking for a win-win  
relationship with a grower that would like a winery to create a  
vineyard designate wine and help promote the vineyard. We have our  
own estate vineyards and understand the costs and will pay the best  
price. We have a proven track record producing high scoring Syrah,  
and have some Pinot in barrel from 06 that is looking pretty good.
