After the meeting last night it looks like liftoff time is around 10AM
tomorrow.
Note it may not be possible to communicate using cell phones

All,
Received word from the organizers that the flight has been scheduled for
Sunday (winds aloft and weather permitting).
Recovery teams will be meeting at 0800 for pre-flight update on Sunday AM
and will receive estimated launch time.
If there is any out of state folks that want to attempt reception of the
beacon as it goes above 100,000 feet please send me a phone number that I
can contact you at to my direct email and I will call when the launch takes
place via cell phone.
Balloon is expected to burst somewhere between 100,000 and 110,000 feet and
will fall back to earth via parachute. There is an onboard camera taking
photos.

There is a dry run check out of electronics on Friday night. If more info is
available regarding estimated launch time I will post in advance of Sunday.
Transmitter is on 145.565 MHz . On I minute off 1 minute sending MOE in MCW
FM. RF output .7 watts
Antenna turnstile.
