Please use the ncdxf-bod-sub reflector for all T31W discussion. That will
save us the potential embarrassment of leaking our discussion to the team.
ncdxf-bod-sub contains ncdxf-bod addresses, but omits our director K6TD, who
is a member of the proposed T31W team.
