[FQP] Short Skip During FQP

Anyone else experience the short skip on both 20 and 40 meters on 
Saturday ?   I was really bizarre because it was just Florida stations.  
On 20 meters I worked  FL stations that were 20-30 db over S9. Same 
thing happen that night on 40 meters when you expected it to go long. On 
Sunday it was normal again.
