[FQP] [qsoparty] FQP Activations workbook 8.05.xls updated

The FQP Excel workbook is now up to date in *Rev 05*. below is a link 
that will not expire. Select the "*2018 FL QSO Party Files*" folder when 
you land on the ftp page. Then Right Click the file name and select 
"Download" from the helper menu. This puts a copy onto your local drive. 
The workbook will _not_ function properly if using the online Excel tool.
