I have known Judge Laney (K4BAI) since I my novice days, many many years
ago.  He is an outstanding amateur and a true gentleman.   I always enjoy
catching up with him during SS or the FQP, and an occasional 40 or 80m CW
contact.  The FQP is a very fun event and I believe the best by far of any
of the state QSO parties.  Many thanks to the roving teams that provide
efficient operating with best practices.
