[FQP] Counties on the Air page now open for 2016 business!

For all who expect to activate any Florida county in the FQP on April 30 - May 1, the page to post your intentions is now available on the FQP web site.  

Specifically, go to http://www.floridaqsoparty.org/cota.php  and enter your county(ies).  This helps everyone make sure that we have all 67 counties covered, and provides the raw data for K0RC to produce his spreadsheet of planned activity.
