[FQP] [FCG] Florida QSO Party

Hi Marty,

Unfortunately, I think we've picked all the 1x1s we're going to need this
year. We had considered spelling "ORANGE JUICE," but we couldn't come up
with another five stations to host a 1x1 operation.
