The only problem with your statement is that if you are a piss weak mobile
on 20 meters and not in the skip zone so the intruder can hear you "ask"
them to move .....the mobile isn't running enough power in many cases to
create a readable backscatter signal.....THAT IS WHY THERE IS A WINDOW....

PERHAPS THERE SHOULD BE A RULE....(yes I was shouting)

Is there a "rule" which disqualifies a 1x1 fixed station (or any fixed 
station for that matter) who "violates the sacred 'windows' which are 
'reserved' for mobiles?"  Methinks that until or unless there is a 
specific rule which says that any station "caught" by a RBN robot 
calling CQ inside these "sacred spaces" there will be occasional, and 
sometimes intentional incursions by fixed stations.

The rules merely "ask" people to stay away from these frequencies when 
"running" - with no penalty if they choose otherwise.

So, all the b...t...g and moaning is just that.
