[FQP] Florida QSO Party - preliminary stats

The FQP will activate the airwaves next Saturday (28-Apr-2012) with a
fleet of dedicated mobile stations activating counties throughout the
state. I have updated the FQP Excel workbook to *Rev 3.0.3* using the
data posted on the website as of this morning. You can download this
Excel 2003 tool from here:

Here are some preliminary stats (these should improve as more
information is received and posted to the FQP website):
*_SATURDAY_:*
There are 23 fixed stations registered that will activate 18 counties
There are 10 mobile/rover stations that will activate 53 counties
Thirteen counties are *NOT* represented on Saturday. They are:
Bay
Calhoun
Escambia
Franklin
Gadsden
Gulf
Holmes
Jackson
Liberty
Okaloosa
Santa Rosa
Walton
Washington
*_SUNDAY_:
*There are 23 fixed stations registered that will activate 18 counties
There are 9 mobile/rover stations that will activate 64 counties
All 67 counties are represented on Sunday!
The counties being avoided by the mobiles are:
Broward
Miami-Dade
Monroe
These 3 counties are covered by fixed stations N4S, KK4CIS, K4FHE, and KK9K

Two counties will be visited by *6 *mobiles:

Nine counties will be visited by *5 *mobiles:

Seventeen counties will be activated by mobiles for less than 90
minutes, although three (Miami-Dade, Monroe, & Broward) have fixed
