[FQP] FQP, N1MM and a /MM QSO

Can anyone who used N1MM for the FQP tell me how to get it to count a QSO with 
a /MM station in ITU Region 2 as a multiplier, please?

Yesterday we worked YO4YNU/MM in Region 2 (GK90).  I entered the QSO in N1MM 
with the Exchange as 'R2' (as indicated in the FQP Rules), but N1MM doesn't 
count it as a multiplier.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
