[FQP] NF4A report for 1st half

I got in from the 5+ hr drive back from Tuscaloosa (that's a whole story in
its self) at 2340Z tonight....kissed the wife and went straight to the shack
and was on the air at 2347Z....when the whistle blew at 2359Z, I had made
262 Q's...most were on 40 CW. Worked several EU stns on 40. Since I was the
proverbial "fresh meat" it was non-stop from the minute I turned on the
radio until 2359.

20 meters sucked....had tremendous line noise on all bands....don't know
where that came from.

Looking forward to Sunday....will be fixed in Bay County....simply too tired
after 3 very long days in Tuscaloosa getting our radio stations back to
normal to try to go mobile...especially since my truck is in the shop and I
would have to mount a radio and antenna into the rental Tahoe I took to
Tuscaloosa.
