SOAPBOX: Equipment operated FB. I was much better at driving time  
management this year and was able to hit 19 counties. It seems I had high noise  
levels on 20M no matter where I was. Had a nice opening on 15M on Saturday.  
Experienced "Local QRM" as both Jeff WC4E and I arrived at North end of Skyway 
 bridge in Pinellas to start contest on Sunday AM. However, we separated 
the  vehicles by about 300 yards and since he was on CW and I was on SSB there 
was no  interference.
