[FQP] [FCG] FQP Plaques

I have all the remaining plaques for thhe FQP and had hoped to get them mailed last weekend.  However, last weekend I suffered a bad stroke and am now in rehab for an undetermined time.  So, please be patient and in time they will get shipped.

I suffered some damage and do not have any idea how that will affect contesting, but that is any priority issue.  Right now I have to relearn to walk.
