[FQP] Counties Active for GQP

Here is the current list of counties that will be active in GQP. Please email me if you
will be active in one of the counties that doesn't have any  listed. Fixed or mobile
stations. 

  Any help from our friends in FCG to the south to cover south GA, especially the SE
