[FQP] FQP Conditions

I listened on 20 meters last night. The band was still open in SW Georgia around 0230Z. CO6LM was booming in 20 over on CW and same with PJ4/PA3CNX on SSB. I also head a bunch of US stations calling the KH8 on CW - loud signals from W9/0 and a few east coast coming in pretty good.
