Part of this year's Dayton Contest Forum.  Hal did another terrific job from 
within FL and Jim was active for much of the weekend from Ohio.  Every 30 
minutes would mean "only" 40 counties in the FQP.  Several of us exceeded that, 
and Team K4KG hit 50 counties this year -- an average of 24 minutes per county!
