[FQP] Getting Ready

Hi... I'm getting ready for the 2006 Party.  On the website,  that "K4OJ 
Memorial FQP Counter" applet looks interesting...what exactly does it do, 
and how do I access it?

Any idea when the 2005 write-up and results are coming out?
