[FQP]Mobile Window

The mobile window worked well for keeping track of the mobiles as they 
moved through different counties.  One thing I noticed is that they 
tended to crowd together in the middle, yet the window edges on both 
sides were relatively unused!

I sorted the W6YX log by frequency.  Here's what we found on 20m CW.  
Let me know if you're interested in seeing the statistics on any other 
band-mode.

14025 - 6 QSOs (all mobile)
14026 - 11 QSOs (1 was a fixed station)
14027 - 10 QSOs (1 was a fixed station)
14028 - 39 QSOs (all mobile)
