[FQP]10 meter open?

I, too, was only able to make one QSO on 15.  When I checked 10 I did hear 
some faint QSOs but none related to the FQP.  Maybe Day #2 will be better.

Conditions weren't bad on 20 USB, tho' and I made more QSOs on 40 than I 
thought I would.

We are running into some problems with our Rover effort and have only 
activated NAS, DUV, and BAK so far.  Goal for today has been revised downward: MAD, 
HAM, COL; maybe more depending on circumstances.
