And that's the idea of saying home stations above/mobiles below.  You 
won't have home stations coming up on top of the mobiles they can't hear 
... and neither can anyone else!  Yeah, you'll probably still end up 
with stations on top of each other (as in every contest), but at least 
it gives the mobiles a chance to be heard a little better.
