[FQP]FQP Log Update

The FQP log deadline was May 27th.  We ended up receiving close to 600 
logs (there is one large mobile operation with missing logs!  This would 
push us over 600!).

60 logs came in on paper and/or disk.  Of these, there are only 3 left 
to key in (145, 400, and 808 QSO's).

Next up, is to correct electronic logs with "bad" Cabrillo formats and 
non-Cabrillo logs.  This is the most tedious job of all!

Some plans and ideas in the "thinking stage" for next year's FQP!  Stay
