Since the 2003 running of the FQP is now history, the "old" FQP Web Site 
address  www.qsl.net/fqp  has now been retired.

Visitors to that address will be directed to the new FQP Web Site 
address  www.floridaqsoparty.org

The new site works a bit faster, and we won't have to duplicate our 
efforts with 2 sites up and running.
