I will prepare for you an information sheet that can be used to send out
with information about the event. It should be ready soon. I will also try
to pull together an email list of contest organizations and media in your
regions.

Last year, I made the announcement to JA's contester
via some media.

This year ,I am appointed a manager of public relations of Reg.3
from Rob.

Then I must tell amateur leagues and medias not only JA but  Reg.3
,YB,VU,,HL,BY etc..

Please make a forms of documentation of CWO to thell them.
