[Cwo] 2015 CW Open

Choosing a specific Saturday is a good idea.  The current conflicts are known.  I might be overly sensitive about the NA Sprint, but I just checked several years, and that near conflict does not occur too frequently.

If there are no objections, I'll revise the rules and calendars to schedule the CW Open on the "first Sat in SEP."

Whatever date is finally chosen, we should pick a weekend on the contest calendar and STICK with it. Bouncing around is not good for CWO health. 


Having said that, conflict with a SSB contest is okay. Lets go forever with first Saturday in September. Conflict (some years) with Labor Day is okay--both WPX CW and CQWW CW do fine, thank you very much.
