Right off the bat, to bolster the numbers from Region 3, we should
limit the Region trophy to there being at least 50 participants from any
given region. It need not affect the 'world aggregate trophy.'
It would be interesting to find out what the proportion of hams,
overall, there are in the three regions. We've made some gains in JA but I
believe it is just the beginning.

If someone has the time and inclination, once the log deadline has
passed, I would like to see:

    Percent of
participants who are CWops members
    Percent of
participants in ITU regions 1, 2 and 3
    Percent of
participants who did 3 sessions, only 2 sessions, only 1 session
    Percent of team
participants who did 3 sessions


I think the answers will give us insights into where we need to focus,
and will help shape our publicity campaign for CW Open IV.
