That's great!
Yes, answering such complaints means a lot in terms of "customer support".

I'll share this with the rest of the CWO team. They may be hit up with (or
hear of) similar complaints.
Frankly, I'm really pleasantly surprised that this rule doesn't bring a LOT
more debate.
