[Cwo] Need to get CWO info to Ward Silver N0AX immediately for inclusion in QST August

Thanks Art!
It would be good to remind Ward about CWO.  I sent him the link and info
some time ago, and he included it in his weekly email blog. I assumed that
would flow forward to QST, but .. it won't hurt to remind him.  I'll do it.
