[Cwo] Writelog contest module support on CWops server?

Actually....the modules are hosted by cwops.org just like the adi files for
writelog and csv, xls and all the call history files.

Unless we dump off all the other 5 or six, it's probably ok to leave them on
the cwops.org server.
