[Cwo] new contest modules

Pat, K0PC has written two new contest modules for the CWops CWT and CWO
events.

We would like writelog.com to host these modules as that seems to be the
best place for them. We will then point to that URL (
http://writelog.com/downloads/writelog-versions) so anyone asking us where
they can download them directly.

Several of us have beta tested both modules and they appear solid. Please
let us know how to proceed.
